The entire IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there in exceptional cases. Google uses this information on behalf of the operator of this website in order to evaluate your use of the website to compile reports on website activity and to provide services to the website operator associated with the website use and internet use. The IP address communicated by your browser in the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data by Google.

You can prevent the use of cookies through an appropriate setting of your browser software; however, we expressly state that in this case it is possible that you will not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

Google Web Fonts

This website uses so-called web fonts that are provided by Google for uniform presentation of fonts. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google servers is established in the process.

7. Internal service

Handling applicant data

We offer you the possibility of applying with us (e.g. via email, by post or via online application form). Information about the scope, purpose, and use of your personal data collected in the scope of the application process is provided below. We ensure that the collection, processing and use of your data take place in compliance with applicable data protection law and all other statutory provisions and that your data is handled with strict confidentiality.

Scope and purpose of data collection

If you send us an application, we process your related personal data (e.g. contact and communication data, application documentation, notices in the scope of application meetings, etc.) insofar as it is necessary for the decision about establishing an employment relationship. The legal basis of this is GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 b (establishment of an employment relationship) and, insofar as you have granted your consent, GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 a. The consent can be revoked at any time. Your personal data is only transferred to persons within our company who are involved with the processing of your application. Insofar as the application is successful, the data submitted by you is stored in our data processing systems on the basis of GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 b for the purpose of implementation of the employment relationship.

Duration of storage of the data

Insofar as we cannot offer employment or you reject an employment offer or withdraw your application, we reserve the right to store the data transmitted by you on the basis of our legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 f) for up to 6 months after the end of the application process (rejection or withdrawal of the application). Then the data is deleted and the physical application documentation is destroyed. The storage takes particularly for the purpose of furnishing proof in the event of a legal dispute. Insofar as it is apparent that the data is needed after a 6-month period has elapsed (e.g. due to a threatening or pending legal dispute), deletion only takes place if the purpose for further retention no longer exists. Retention for a longer time may also take place if you have granted consent (GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 a) or if statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

Inclusion in the applicant pool

Insofar as we do not offer employment, it is possible to include you in our applicant pool. In the event that you are included, all documents and information from the application is included in the applicant pool in order to contact you in case of suitable future vacancies. Inclusion in the applicant pool takes place exclusively on the basis of your express consent (GDPR Art. 6, para. 1 a). Submission of your consent is voluntary and is in no way related to the ongoing application process. The concerned party can revoke their consent at any time. In this case, the data from the applicant pool can be permanently deleted insofar as there are no conflicting statutory retention requirements. The data from the applicant pool is permanently deleted within two years after consent has been issued.
