Unfortunately metal markets continue to force us to take the regrettable action of applying alloy surcharges.

The surcharge will affect all stainless products.

From 1st April, 2010 all our products will be charged with an temporarily surcharge of 7 %.

We understand the difficulty that raw material surcharges cause for our valued customers, however we feel this is the fairest way to deal with these extraordinary fluctuations in raw materials. Your continued cooperation and understanding is appreciated.

The current economic situation of the world market is forcing us to reduce the stainless steel surcharge from 8 % to 6 %.

PH Industrie-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG reacts to the occurrence of contaminated stainless steel products on the market

On 10th February 2009 the German Federal Ministry of Environment informed the public of locating of radioactively contaminated steel products in Germany.

The stainless steel products from India have been contaminated by improper handling.

In the latest press release of the Federal Ministry of Environment of 15th February 2009 it was confirmed that no health risk goes out of the products and that the affected batches already have been secured. Neither company employees nor consumers are or were in danger.

PH Industrie-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG takes the incident very seriously and has already started to contact the material suppliers to exclude all risk. Once all responses from the steel suppliers will be available soon, PH will inform its customers about the status of their tests accordingly.
