Our new version >> P5 << is a combination non-skive ferrule for hose types 1 SN, 2 SN and 2 SC. The ferrules are available in size DN 06 up to DN 25.

We were also able to improve the prices by significantly optimizing the production.

The large fluctuations in prices, especially for nickel as one of the main alloying elements for stainless steels, have shown that it is necessary to link alloy surcharges more closely to raw material prices.

In order to at least partly compensate for the substantial additional costs resulting from this development, we are thus forced to expand the alloy surcharge from 01.03.2011 from 9% to 11%.

Unfortunately metal markets continue to force us to take the regrettable action of applying alloy surcharges.

The surcharge will affect all stainless products.

From 1st April, 2010 all our products will be charged with an temporarily surcharge of 7 %.

The current economic situation of the world market is forcing us to reduce the stainless steel surcharge from 8 % to 6 %.

PH Industrie-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG reacts to the occurrence of contaminated stainless steel products on the market

On 10th February 2009 the German Federal Ministry of Environment informed the public of locating of radioactively contaminated steel products in Germany.

The stainless steel products from India have been contaminated by improper handling.

In the latest press release of the Federal Ministry of Environment of 15th February 2009 it was confirmed that no health risk goes out of the products and that the affected batches already have been secured. Neither company employees nor consumers are or were in danger.

PH Industrie-Hydraulik GmbH & Co. KG takes the incident very seriously and has already started to contact the material suppliers to exclude all risk. Once all responses from the steel suppliers will be available soon, PH will inform its customers about the status of their tests accordingly.
